Doctors

Patients are free to make appointments with the doctor of their choice and are encouraged to see their usual doctor for continuity of care. However, they should be aware that emergency appointments will be made with the duty doctor on that day and there may sometimes be a longer wait for a routine appointment with the doctor of their choice. Phone Lines are open from 8am, and all appointments are released on a first come basis, until clinicians are full. ALL appointments made that day are via telephone triage in the first instance and thereafter if the clinician wishes to see you face to face a further appointment will then be booked.  After 11am we will take telephone calls for all other routine appointments (Nurse Appointments and queries).  ONLINE BOOKING SUSPENDED UFN

Nurses

Our nurses, provide a wide range of services for our patients. They include chronic disease management, blood tests, blood pressure checks, ECGs, diet consultations, well person checks, weight recording, B.M. testing, peak flow tests, dressings, injections, smears, swabs, contraception checks, immunisations and spirometry. To ensure that we optimise our nurses€™ skills you will be offered an appointment with the appropriate nurse for your needs.

Telephone Advice/ Triage

Telephone advice can be obtained from our nurse or duty doctor. Please call our reception desk to request assistance, as per above times.

Home Visits

Home Visits are for patients who are too unwell to come to the surgery and for patients that are within our boundary. If you reside outside our boundary, we advise you to register with a nearer practice to your home residence, to enable a home visit to continue.
