We expect our patients to take some responsibility for their health and ensure that they attend the surgery for medication reviews as appropriate. Please ensure that you cancel any booked appointments you are unable to keep so that they may be offered to other patients.
Please keep us informed of any change of address or telephone numbers.
We have a zero tolerance policy for all violent or abusive patients and will not accept any physical, racial or sexual discrimination within the practice. Patients behaving inappropriately will be asked to find an alternative doctor and their conduct may be reported to the Police, Wiltshire Health Authority and BASW CCG.
