NO COLLECTION OF PRESCIPTIONS AT PRACTICE (we do have some still ready for collection prior to this notice, if unsure please contact Practice by telephone) ALL PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE SEND TO YOUR NOMINATED PHARMACY.

Process below prior to COVID -19 ONLY.

 

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in several ways

  1. In writing with SAE included
  2. By emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  3. By ticking the relevant boxes on your repeat prescription list and putting it in the box at Reception

We do not accept request for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. Your prescription should be ready in the afternoon, within 72 hours, from the day of receipt.  This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

Repeat prescriptions are only issued with the agreement of the GP and you may be asked to book a medication review. Failure to book tests or medication reviews that have been requested by a clinician also may place your registration at risk.
