Along with the rest of the NHS we are introducing the "Friends and Family Test" to gather some feedback about our services. There is a standard question which everyone from hospitals to GP practices will be using and we would be very grateful if you could spare less than a minute to respond.
We have three ways to receive your views
- At the surgery, on paper. Pick up a form and give it to reception or the repeat prescription box
- On your mobile phone. If we have your number you will get a message to respond after your appointment. If we don't have your number please tell reception and you will also get appointment reminders
You can do this once every time that you have and sort of contact with us.
